Purchases made Monday – Friday before 4:00 pm (Eastern Time) will be processed the same day

Purchases made Friday after 4:00 pm (Eastern Time) and on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the following Monday
Delayed Shipping

During Federally Recognized Holidays, shipping may be subject to delays. If Right Grand is closed to observe a holiday, any orders placed on that holiday will ship the following business day.

When a federal holiday falls on a Saturday, it is usually observed on the preceding Friday. When the holiday falls on a Sunday, USPS usually observes it on the following Monday. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Rescission Of Sale

All non-shipped orders can be canceled and refunded (see our full cancellation policy). Shipped orders cannot be canceled. Please contact info@rightgrandjewelry.com immediately if you would like to cancel your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order if it has not shipped yet due to inventory discrepancies, quality control, typographical errors, manufacturer restrictions, or payment-processing issues.

By law, we are required to declare the actual purchase price of all items in your order. We cannot declare your purchase a gift or at any other amount less than the actual purchase price.

Ruturns and Exchanges
What products can be returned or exchanged?
Only products purchased directly on our official website can be returned or exchanged. If you have made a purchase from Amazon, Walmart, or any other reseller, please contact them instead.
Undamaged and resaleable products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. For more information, please contact our customer support team at info@rightgrandjewelry.com
The refund Period may take around one week or so after contacting us.
The refund would be returned as a Paypal cashback refund or store credit. (customer's choice)
Shipping fees should be paid by the buyer and refunded by the seller.
