Return & Refund policy
We accept returns and exchanges for unused, intact and non-customized products within 14 days after delivery.
Custom engraved items, personalized jewelry, clearance products and goods damaged by improper use are non-returnable and non-refundable.
All returns must obtain official return authorization from our customer service team before shipping back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection of returned items.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is caused by our product quality problems.
